Not Permitted at Casa Luna Luxury Escape:

 

1. More than 2 persons

2. Infants and Children under 12 years of age

3. Day visitors and anyone not included in the booking 

4. Pets

5. Any unlawful or illegal activities

 

NO FIRES & NO NAKED FLAMES

Fire restrictions are in place from October to May. No open fires are allowed due to wildfire risks. Candles must be clear of furnishings and in a candle holder.

 

Strictly no smoking inside. Cigarette butts are an extreme wild fire hazard in the Adelaide Hills and must be extinguished in water.

 

Any closed farm gates must be kept shut to prevent cattle straying onto roads 

 

No firearms or hunting equipment may be used or brought onto the property under any circumstances

 

Outdoor furnishings may be adjusted to match the seasons. The Hammock is not available in winter/ rainy months due to changing or extreme weather conditions. Indoor furnishings may not be used outdoors.

 

If a late checkout has not been requested in writing and agreed to at least 72 hours prior to check out late check out fees apply. 

 

No driving off road.

 

The speed limit on the property is 10kmh as we have wild and domestic animals roaming freely. Please slow down to allow animals time to decide where they want to go as cars startle them.

 

We have a short time to prepare this property for upcoming guests. Where the property is left in an extremely untidy or damaged state a cleaning and maintenance fee will be charged.

 

No entitlement exists for guests of Casa Luna to break the above policies. 

Pets, infants, children or visitors accessing the property will result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
