In 2004 Scott moved into a run down farm at Bridgewater in the Adelaide Hills. Over the past decade, Scott & Mary have transformed the property into two picturesque, functioning farms.
Undertaking revegetation has attracted back native wildlife, while the pet cows and chickens play their part in creating composts that assist with permaculture practices.
Scott & Mary have installed over 20 kilowatts of solar panels, 3 powerwall batteries, on-site wastewater treatment systems and numerous rainwater tanks to help irrigate the gardens and orchards, on their way to creating a sustainable property.
Immerse yourself in all the goodness that the Adelaide Hills has to offer including scenic hikes, farm-direct produce and epicurean delights, or just hide away and reset in your romantic sanctuary.
